About
I am a linguist and musician with a lifelong love of learning. I studied Modern Languages at Cambridge University before completing my Master’s degree in Linguistics in Bamberg, Germany, entirely in German.
I have five years' classroom experience in state and private schools, spanning school years 6-13. I have helped students apply for top universities and have seen all my exam pupils either reach or exceed their target grades.

Whether you are preparing for exams, need an extra boost at school, or simply want to pick up a new skill, I'm here to help.
I am also a committed musician, having won a music specialist place at one of the UK's four government-recognised music schools where I studied cello and composition alongside my school subjects. I am an award-winning composer, have held a Cambridge Choral Scholarship, have a diploma in cello performance and have trained as a cello teacher through the Colourstrings Music School.
